Wonderful store. I was extremely picky but the guy working there was very patient and nice. Bought multiple sets of stoneware plates.

Great products…However, the most unfriendly and unhelpful service ever both in store (Mtl store), as well as at the call center. I will think twice before spending hundreds of dollars again at this location.

Delivery is very slow compared to other stores I have purchased from, but staff from the Montreal store and from the client service line are doing their best to smooth the process and have always been very helpful.
