I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent store visits. The fact that security systematically searches customers' bags, as if they were all thieves, is an unacceptable practice. It is essential to maintain customer trust.

Worst experience buying groceries online. The delivery man canceled my order, I wasn't even notified... I had to call customer service because there was too much delay and it was getting suspicious. She was the one who told me the good news. She then told me in a borderline derogatory tone that I would be reimbursed in a week. Being a student, I can't wait a week to receive my money (this is my shopping budget for 2 weeks). She didn't care and started the refund procedure without trying to find another solution (find another delivery person, etc.). So here I am with an empty fridge, no money to eat this week… Thanks Walmart!

Very bad service, the cashier kept making mistakes. No apology, we wasted a lot of time. No smile service, no positive response to make up for the mistakes.

Never order online, I was charged $250 for my order, including $20 for delivery and tip and given a photo of a black square as proof of delivery, I never received my order and Walmart refuses to help me

Be careful when it comes to ordering online. I ordered an item through Walmart online. When it comes to delivery, they just left it in the entrance without letting us know, they didn't even buzz.

The store is gross, the staff looks so depressed, you ask for something and it’s the end of the world.
