Great customer service! Awesome products at a decent price! I'm transitioning into all Vans gear. Now I have a windbreaker, sling bag and a bunch of shoes/boots. I highly recommend it!

A very unwelcoming experience at Vans today with the blond girl on the floor. As a regular customer at this store, It was the first time i met her. She was rude and angry! I shopped for 200$, and she didn’t even bother saying goodbye back… I would love the management taking this to consideration. Giving 3 starts only because of her other than that my experience has always been pleasant

Great stop today at the Vans store in downtown Montreal! Was looking for some all weather type Vans to work in... They had exactly what I needed and the staff went above and beyond for me. Shout out to Alexander and the rest of the crew for an exceptional experience!

I have been going there for a while now! Very chill place ! Usually employees are very politeBut Sunday the 1 oct 2023 I went there to do some shopping around 11 am there was clerk with very poor manners and sense of costumer service , no hi good day ! How can I help you? Even tho I have said hi and asked the person how was he’s day going! The person didn’t even Awnser , didn’t even look at me in the eyes! I asked him to verify if I had any $ in my gift card , then he gaved me the wrong information about the amount I had left, I tought he even checked ! ,if I didn’t double check I would had thrown away the gift card , this clerk smelled like and absolute astray and I wasn’t even that close to him , very Unpleasant experience
