Jean-Christophe needs to get a new job (not in customer service). Terrible experience. He will stare at you with disgust and make you feel uncomfortable.

Terrible customer service. The male cashier named Jean- Christophe is extremely rude and condescending. He must be homophonic the way he spoke to me and my partner was very unprofessional. I felt uneasy and unsafe being there. I will not be returning and highly do not recommend this Ultramar.

The cashier pushed me out for no reason, he was trying to get into an argument with me when I was trying to calm him down and was so agressive.. plus the store is lacking a lot of products and services, it shouldn’t be opened at all

I just went there. All the lights were on, but no one let me. I waited there for 15 min. There was a group of people waiting already. This is an inconvenience store.

Coffee machine never works properly, trying to get latees or cappuccinos never work. It's been like that for months. Same thing with the Journie systems, out of order for months. You can't scan your card at the pump nor enter your code and inside the store they can't scan your card either so no points. It's been like that for months and never gets fixed.

Was not able to redeem my Journie Code. The system they have apparently is not supported by the rewards system. I put over 200$ in diesel and I am not able to collect points in this gas station.

I am an uber driver and i am driving around the city all day so whenever i have to use washroom gas station is my first priority but the guy inside said that he lost the keys and its not the first time…is this an acceptable answer!!!!
