Car was towed after an accident. Went back to car 12 hours later and everything was taken. No remorse on their part. In fact, the guy even smirked when he he said they weren't liable.

My car broke down on the 5 Freeway, and I called AAA. Wilmer from Universal came to our rescue and towed us. He was very courteous, and showed genuine concern for our wellbeing and safety through the whole ordeal. Thank you AAA and Wilmer!

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable at a more than fair price. It's one of those businesses I hope never to need again but it's good to know about them if/when I do.
