The ladies who work there are absolutely lovely. They treat every client with the upmost respect and care. Not only is the selection of clothing and accessories stunning but the atmosphere is incomparable to any other store I have ever visited. The sales associates made me feel right at home and they are obviously experts in the fashion field. If you are passionate about gorgeous European clothing and amazing service, then I personally urge you to pay a visit!

I was treated to a cold and haughty welcome. I will never understand how salespeople can think that this approach pays off... Anyway, while I was walking around the store I stopped in front of a large mirror to take a photo of myself. The saleswoman panicked and shouted at me that I was not allowed to take photos OF MYSELF (????)
Mediocre salespeople who have no place in a store of such standard.

The service was excellent. The pieces are very cute. Since it's a European brand, the clothes aren't particularly curvy friendly but well made. Very pricey but I love my selections.

Honestly I have never heard of this store before but I stopped in since it was attached to my hotel. When I walked in I was greeted by 3 friendly ladies and they told me to let them know if I needed anything. The store is pretty $$$ but you can tell it is made with good quality and you won't see someone else wearing your look. What I like is that there aren't racks and racks of stuff. Each rack had just a few items and just one size. Once I found what I wanted they went to the back to get my size. I liked approach. This allowed me to really see the clothes as opposed to picking through them trying to find my size. Everyone was very helpful, and the place smelled great. I would definitely go back.

This store is attached to a hotel and has a door that leads to the hotel lobby. I assume the purpose of this is so that some people who are staying at the hotel will be more willing to walk into the store. I am staying at the hotel with my husband. When my husband and I walked into the store, the woman working was standing at the back talking with a hotel employee. No one was in the store. The woman didn’t say “bonjour/hi” but instead gave my husband and me a dirty look. Since she was giving me this nasty look, I simply said, “oh we are just cutting through to the lobby.” The woman then scolded me and told me I could walk through this time but I wasn’t allowed to walk through the store again and had to enter at the hotel lobby. I understand this may be annoying for the people working there to constantly have people cutting through, but like your store is attached to a hotel with an entrance to the hotel. If you don’t want people from the hotel walking through your store, why is it even in the hotel? Isn’t the point for people to walk through so that maybe they will see something they like? I think the reason she was so snobby to me is because I’m a larger woman and it didn’t appear that the store has clothing that would fit me. Maybe I would have been treated differently if I were a thin woman. I guess if you don’t look like someone that shops there, you better not try to walk through the store or you will be chastised.

I wanted to try a dress on for a scavenger hunt and just needed a picture in the dress and was told that I couldn't try on the dress. Extremely rude and was basically turned away.

Excellent, if this is your thing - my wife loves the place, and I like the way their fashion looks. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the location is excellent, and yes, this place is expensive, but then the quality of the items is on par with the pricing, and their sales are great, if you're willing to look at older collections. A definite repeat.
