“I go every so often to pick up a new notebook. I find it a dismal reflection of where we're at as a society how hard it is to find any kind of notebook or journal Without lined pages - just blank pages! They keep a single model of blank paged book in stock, which ive purchased several times now, next to maybe 50 varieties of lined pagers. I ask you - how are we expected to exercise our free will, our unburdened imaginations, to nurture the evolving minds of our children, if we only have lined pages to work with????”

“The store itself is great. However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation when I mentioned that I had suggested 'knight' costume options to my daughter rather than dresses. The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”

“The store is beautifully sorted and visually pleasant to visit. However, I found some of the book section divisions a bit difficult to follow so it was hard to find where was the title I wanted, and so I bought less than I could have. I have not asked for an employee's help, but I am more of an independent shopper and prefer being able to find things on my own.
The lady at the register was friendly, kind and made the experience smooth.”

the service was pretty friendly!!
while paying at the register i was thirsty (and had cramps) so i needed a water bottle. the cashier took one from a mini fridge and gave it to me. it was pretty cold too!
not only did i get something i wanted at the cheapest price possible, but i also had a cold drink and relief from the pain and thirst i had.
i will revisit again, probably for another black bolt/white flare product, one day.”
