WORST SERVICE EVER. TREATENED ME TO CLOSE MY BOX AND THAN CLOSE IT LIKE INDIAN MAKING THE ZIZANY IN MY BUSINESS. I HATE THIS PLACE FROM ALL MY HART. I AM 53 YEARS OLD AND NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAVE BEEN TREATENET SO BADLY. AVOID AT ALL COST

I called the UPS store on Monday in St-Denis street in Montreal and told them that I will not be able to go pickup the package during their hours because of my work and will go there on Saturday morning.They said that the package will be there and not to worry.To my surprise, this morning when I went, the lady said that the package was sent back to the sender two days ago and there is nothing she can do !!! She did not take any responsibility, gave me a number to call and figure things out myself!!!!!I’m gonna pass my complaint to the highest level of the UPS department about this store and the employees who works there, that package was so important to me .

Nathalie, is super welcoming and fast. Thx. She was just coming from a vacation and going back the next day, yet she was super attentive to my needs and helped me copy and print my stuff with big lovely smile with kindness and paietence . Full of energy. Thank you for giving me postive experience.

We went in to have some passport photos taken of our seven week old baby. Aziza and her colleague were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and patient in what was a very frustrating exercise. Highly recommended!!

Even if I use both French and English language to explain to the dude working there what I need from his service, he did it as he please. I definitely don’t recommend this place: waste of time and money.

Highly recommend their custom packaging services! Excellent customer service from the entire team. I had a very tight deadline to ship large and fragile sculptures internationally and they answered all of my questions promptly and accommodated all of my specific needs. My packages arrived safely and on schedule. Thank you for all of your efforts!

I have no complaints with this UPS Store. Maxime is extremely helpful. Had to open up a mailbox, I was able to do it over the phone and thru email by sending 2 IDs. He was very prompt in answering the emails. Even sent me a pdf viewer! I now have my mailbox - real address! Not like Canada Post that won't forward government mail. UPS can. Thank you Maxime!

I’ve been very disappointed by UPS recently - have sent 2 packages in the last month to the US and both had problems (they were sent from another UPS location, in Dorval). The last package appears to be lost since there was no update from the moment it was picked up from the store. As the scheduled delivery time was approaching, I contacted multiple times customer service and they weren’t very helpful. I mistakenly called this UPS location, and although it technically wasn’t their problem, Maxime was super helpful and went out of his way to contact the other location, even though they didn’t want to help him. Turns out I had to call them myself, and they still failed to reply to me in acceptable delays. I want to say how appreciative I am of Maxime’s quick and prompt help.

I paid a hefty premium to send a package to France with UPS guaranteed delivery. The package arrived a day late. I filed a reimbursement claim with the well-meaning, local UPS folks Maxime and Steve, who said that the reimbursement request had been escalated, but it was out of their control. They suggested that I write to the regional manager Mme Cuevas, which I did in early December. After sending a reminder and never receiving any response, much less a reimbursement, it seems that my only recourse is posting a negative review on Google. Quelle déception UPS!
