Online says open (October 11 9:41 am) I get here and it's closed additionally there are hours posted saying 10-19 Monday to Friday .

Despite presenting two government-issued IDs—a Health Card and a Driver's License—to collect a package that I ordered with my own money, the store staff refused to release my package. Both IDs clearly match the full name on the package. The staff appeared unaware of the policy that allows customers to use two forms of ID for verification.
When I contacted Customer Care, they confirmed that this policy is indeed in place, yet the store staff still refused to comply. I can't help but feel that I am being treated unfairly due to my Indian ethnicity, and I believe this may be a case of racial discrimination. I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and addressed accordingly.
I live in Ontario, and both of my IDs, which include my Ontario address, reflect that. I am currently in Montreal for vacation to visit my family. Does this situation somehow restrict me from placing orders in Montreal? I find it unreasonable that my order is being withheld despite proper identification, simply because I am temporarily out of my home province.

Heads up if you're picking up a package here. They'll be asking for TWO photo IDs now. I've picked up packages here before with one ID, no problem. I asked why two now, and the guy said it's to prevent theft or something like that. Usually, i can pick up my packages from any other courrier by showing them my medicare card, but he said he needs to see my driver's license too. I don't have a driver's license, and they shouldn't assume everyone can present one, so I had to go back the next day.
The same guy was there from the day before, I showed him my medicare card and my passport (because it's the only other ID I have with a photo). I even showed him my bank statement in case he wanted proof of address. He processed my package finally, and he didn't even double check the address so what was the point of asking for a driver's license?
Anyways, a bad experience overall and would not recommend it.

Today, Tuesday August 2nd: closed during opening hours for no reason??? Walmart employee said this happens often. It’s already hard as it is to drop off packages at UPS when you work 9-5, why do you have to make it harder…!

If you dont want to take risk with your stuff, please dont buy service from this UPS store.My first bad experience is that I lost my stuff shipped by this UPS store. Secondly, I had to involve in extra expenditure on taxation once it arrived in my home country. The owner is just to try to get money into his pocket. He would promise this and that with you, and after he doesn't keep his word. Please be careful with the owner!!!
