Great people here! There was a TV on their website listed at a certain price but it scanned in quite a bit higher. We all couldn’t figure out if it was a demo, a previous year, etc. They heard me out, flagged the manager, and honoured the price with no hassle.
Very nice interaction from beginning to end.
