Very disappoonting once again. No cashiers anywhere, $300 of great products and 13 minutes to find a cashier for a proper checkout. No service? Aint coming back, self checkout is not the solution, only a cash grab on your part and wasted time on my part?

I was happy because they had the patio board I was looking for. Fortunately there are several home depots within a short distance of each other!
Only small remark: the guy in the wood department was either quite new and left alone in his department because it was no worse a mess and difficult to space with a wood cart. Without saying that the treated wood is not all in the same place.
I asked him and finally I was the one who found it.
Otherwise very nice.

An alright location. Some staff lack proper training or complete knowledge of their departments. Today I was sent on a wild goose chase looking for anti-slip gravel only to find NONE in the store.

Phone support is absolutely terrible. Can I leave -5 stars? You start off with the automated system that just randomly stops responding and you're then forced to restart the call (had to do it 3 times), and when it does work, trying to reach an actual human for a question that the automated system doesn't handle (e.g. cutting center hours) is close to impossible. Once it gives up and forwards the call to a human, you're on hold for ages where it just rings and rings forever. I gave up after waiting for 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
Edit - several months later, phone service is still just as bad. Called the appliances department, a lady answered with just "alo?" and then hung up when I asked if I could speak to someone in English. Called back immediately, and strangely enough no one was picking up this time. I'll be buying my appliances somewhere else.

I wanted to have a 2x4 cut to transport it, but the employee told me that the machine didn't work and that I had to cut it myself with a manual saw... Ridiculous, I'll go to Réno- deposit from now on

Customer service sucks! They suggested to me before buying an item to open the home depot card as there are advantages (1 year to return the item….) when I return it they will not reimburse me because it is over 30 days and not everyone there knows the regulations.
