I bought a coffee table from The Brick. After assembling it, we discovered that the table’s height was higher than our sofa. We immediately went back to the store to request a refund, but they told us they don’t have a refund policy. This surprised us because no one informed us of this policy, and it wasn’t mentioned in the customer agreement or on the invoice.When we returned home, we noticed a small defect on one of the legs of the table. We went back to the store again, but they said that this product doesn’t come with any warranty protection. After sending emails and calling the store without success, I opened a file in small claims court to sue them for hiding information and not respecting customer rights.

Djamal was amazing helping us to find our perfect sofa
// update: they delivered the wrong couch piece for us and now it takes 5 days (or more) according to the person that took my phone call to replace the wrong piece.
the delivery people scratched my new floor and two pieces came with a small tear in the leather.
