I recently visited The Baho Lab Boutique with the intention of purchasing a Queen sized Moroccan Throw and two cushions. Unfortunately, once at checkout, I was informed that it was a King size due to a labeling error. I expressed my dissatisfaction by asking for a comparison with a real King, which was significantly larger, but was explained to me that it was a special throw. This left me perplexed with the feeling that the seller was trying to rip me off. I am very disappointed with this experience, and although I am used to purchasing from this store, I will now opt to purchase directly from the Etsy site to encourage the artisans. I hope the company can improve its communication and avoid such problems in the future.

Me and my friend travelled to Montreal for a day trip and explored the city. As we were walking we discovered this store. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. As we looked through the store we found some pieces of jewelry we really liked. I continued browsing to find they had a little beverage bar at the back of the store. I talked to the worker as she made me and iced coffee and recommended oat milk which I had never tried. It was one of the best iced coffees I had ever drank. My friend purchased a bracelet for her grandmother and the staff wrapped it in this nice gift box and even supplied a card.Both staff members were extremely helpful and very talkative. I was super impressed with your customer service and will be recommending your store. I will be back to visit when I come back to Montreal!
