My mother is not good with french and English but was looking for a phone. She was always with Telus but once she decided to go and buy a new phone. She goes and they give her a new phone and crazy rates that they didn’t tell her about 😪. She was not aware of the charges and the plan that they gave her. So i take her back to the store to fix it with them and they gave me a nasty attitude. The guy was saying that it isn’t his fault that she got the phone or that there is nothing to be done. Then the assistant manager came in and started giving us a hostile attitude quote on quote: “If you have already signed a contract, we can not help you”. And then walked out on us and tried to kick us out. Mind you, we had bought the phone from this store. This is unbelievable level of unprofessionalism and I would never expect this from telus representatives. It is obvious that all this employees are more focused on making their commissions rather than assisting their clients. It is really sad and heartbreaking.

Horrible experience, I wanted to call the police. They sold defective phone case, and did false information about phone package. When I went there for 2 times they did nothing, even did not allow me to talk to the manager. We need to complain about this store.

I just arrived in Canada from Germany. I went to Telus today because I wanted a Public Mobile plan, but this great salesman, Philippe A, helped me find a better option with Koodo Prepaid that suited me perfectly. He also gave me some great tips on activities to do in Montreal. He made me love Canada even more, because people here are so respectful and kind. Thank you, Philipp for your insight.

Philippe A is a machine!
I don’t write many reviews, but this guy is the real deal. He knows his stuff and kept the store's energy high, even with people waiting. He was handling everything helping colleagues who needed support, assisting three different clients, and helping me with my issue all while asking the right questions and offering great deals. Honestly, I think he’s the best at what he does. Really refreshing to see someone so skilled and dedicated!

I went in there to see if I could keep transfer my old number to my new Telus plan (already set up). I was there for at least 75 minutes, it was not busy but the representative was working with another customer. When I knew I couldn't transfer the number with my current plan, I tried to understand my options and the cost implications and they tried to rush me out the door without giving me clear information to compare plans. He asked me for my ids multiple times-- it was all very disorganized, dismissive of my concerns, and full of mansplaining. It wasn't a helpful visit so I decided I'd wasted enough time and didn't want to be pressured into something I wasn't informed on, so I told them to not make any changes (and I planned to go to another Telus store the next day). I was also concerned that he was making changes to my account before I made decision, and he got visibly frustrated and told me he hadn't changed anything... HOWEVER the rep the next day told me there was no plan or number associated with my Telus account any more, so this guy had actually deleted everything when I went in, after he'd told me he'd made no changes. Thankful I still have my old plan for a few days, would not recommend these guys. Enormous waste of time and actually caused more problems, plus they were remarkably challenging to deal with.
I will not go back into your store to go through this again--this has drawn out into many visits (to another store) and long phone calls--and is still not resolved as I had to restart the process and am now waiting for a new SIM. I went in looking for information, and not only did you give me inaccurate info, I am now still paying for my other contract and I have essentially restarted the process I'd resolved weeks ago.

I recently bought a mobile phone at your downtown store on Saint Catherine’s Street.
Arwan was the sales associate. He was wonderful. I am a senior and he went out of his way to explain everything to me. I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology, that’s an understatement. You are lucky to have him on your team. I wish l could give him 10 stars!
Today l needed help regarding needed knowledge with my new phone and he was not there but another very nice employee named Mazin came to my rescue.
Polite, professional and so helpful.
You have great customer service at this store.
I highly recommend this Telus store.

Hicham helped me find the perfect phone and plan with an amazing deal. Unfortunately my previous service provider Lucky made it extremely challenging to port my number to my new account. Hicham worked relentlessly to resolve this and made this process as easy for me as possible. I couldn't appreciate the effort more and I highly recommend Hicham at Telus!

Hisham is a very bad customer service rep. He called security on my husband who was on my phone calling customer service. My husband said something nothing to do with the rep and he was threatening to kick us out of the store and had made a huge scene about how he doesnt have to call corporate and refusing to do his job and speak to corporate on the phone that we did ourselves to save him the hassle it seemed as calling in corporate seemed to be a task he wasn't capable of doing. The stand in manager came in and helped us very kindly. Other service reps were amazing. Just Hisham might need to see a psychologist for his mental health and narcissism and a psychiatrist for medication. Talk about the worst customer service we have ever gotten on first contact. Please do not do ANY sales with Hisham. I'd give 5 stars for the ability of the manager and rest of team to turn the outcomes around. 5 stars once Hisham is fired.

I came in and there was a huge queue and the poor sales guy was getting shouted at by some angry customer who seemed really annoying!!! I was next and thought the sales guy would be super miserable after the previous interaction, but he handled it so well and managed to keep his cool. He helped me get a new phone and plan and transfer all my data, he even offered to guard my phone while I went shopping as it was syncing with the old phone I was trading in. What a nice guy! Great service. Thanks Isak.
