The problem with your reminders is very often stocks that I want is not available but you keep sending reminders which is fruitless and irritating to me. Maybe you could improve on it or carry more inventory. I like your products they are comfortable and well made.

I have been watching the brand Naked & Famous for some time and this was my third purchase. The Tate & Yoko folks were very helpful during and after my purchases. I am more that happy with my new jeans and will be back for more. Shipping was surprisingly quick. I say this as I live Downunder in Australia. I have also visited the store and had a great time walking out with even more stuff. Great folks, great products.

Tate and Yoko sells some of the nicest jeans I've ever worn, however you need to be very careful about fit and sizing. They do not offer refunds on returns, only store credit. Had I understood this I wouldn't have ordered an experimental pair of jeans that I thought I'd like but didn't quite fit me. For jeans that cost so much, and something that you have to buy before trying on, it's a REAL turnoff that the company doesn't offer refunds if something doesn't fit. Oh, and if you're in the USA, prepare to pay $15 to buy a return shipping label too... so if something doesn't work out, you're risking quite a bit each time you want to order something. Add on top of that we're dealing with raw, selvedge denim, which is often quite prone to shrinkage and often needs to be stretched to be comfortable, and it's a real crapshoot here. The sad bit is I love the jeans I got, but next time I want to order a pair of high-end jeans I think I'll buy them from a company with a more lenient return policy. I get that small business isn't Walmart or Amazon, but when you're dealing with clothing, especially where the fit is so critical for comfort and daily wear, I think you have to be a bit more generous with your return policy.
