Great place to get your pants length fixed. I was in rush to fix the length of my Aritzia pants and they accepted to fix it for me in one day with paying a little extra. Thanks to them. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, I took my fancy dress for alterations, very fine fabric with sequins. He did a excellent job taking in the sides, shortening the length and adjusting the zipper. He was very polite , courteous and professional in taking measurements and delivering the goods, would definitely go back again.Service: Suit tailoring

Got ripped-off. When you don’t provide a service, just say so., don’t rip-off a customer by taking in laundry and then charging dry cleaning prices for laundering. Ripped-off. And you are a dry cleaner, so the shirt I specifically asked to dry clean? Was laundered with all the rest and charged at drycleaning prices. I asked for folded but everything on hangers, and on top of it you kept my bags. RIPPED-OFF

This is Charlie’s shop: dry cleaning, tailoring, shoe repair and he cuts keys. It’s the last real dry cleaning store in Montreal meaning he does things by hand and with old world care. All my shirts and suits are custom-made, I’ve been to several dry cleaners and they ruined my clothing. Charlie is the only man to trust!Services: Alterations

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Alterations specialist, was loud verbally aggressive and irrationalMy girlfriend was charged over $100 to replace a single zipper and the owner had the audacity to sneakily add additional costs for services without advising that charges would followNever go here plenty of other more credible options never been so disrespected in a place of service in my life

Had a great experience with this shop. Prices were fair and the man working there managed to get my pants hemmed and tailored around the leg a day and a half even during the busy time right before Christmas. Everything fits great, would come here again!

Very bad experience!
Day 1 - said they could not do same day cleaning even when the clothes were brought in before 9am
Day 2- when I came back the next day they did not have the clothes because they forgot...
Day 3- on the third day they decided to close 30 minutes earlier then what they advertise
Day 4 - got my clothes back after 3 days and it cost me 20% more then my regular cleaner on the plateau !
Lesson of this story: stick to your usual cleaners!
