They do not do repair if you are past the guarantee period or product is discontinued but other jewellery store can do that for you with a small chargeI took my necklace to another jeweler in the same mall to repair the fallen cristal

I visited this boutique store after having an issue with my tennis bracelet recently bought and the management at store Phil and Sam were such an incredible help. I highly recommend visiting this store, best one in the city!!

The customer service was very good. I went to the store trying to find something for mothers day. Sam and Philomena helped me finding a rose gold necklace.Overall they were very polite. Sam took his time explaining each article.I recommend this store. ?
