A little disappointed. I booked my Saturday morning to go to the store in town, and it ended up being closed.
Yet on Google it was marked “open”.
However, the models displayed in the window were very elegant. It makes you want to come back and see them up close, as well as the others.

I had a great experience at the Ottawa location. Very attentive with measurements and picking fabrics, colors, style, etc. Great quality work and the suit fits great. I will definitely be going back again for future suits.

Very nice experience for my first custom suit, already looking forward to my next suit.
Update: Small downside, I would have preferred to finalize the adjustments with the representative who sold me my suit and who was nevertheless on site. I had made an appointment so I was expecting that. I was very surprised that no adjustments were suggested to me knowing that I had lost 5 to 10 pounds since the measurement was taken. It unsettled me a little.

I ordered a tuxedo.
The process was seamless and the result was amazing, very professionally handled by the staff.
The measurements taken process was thorough and the staff was very knowledgeable when it was time to choose the options, I was never felt rushed and because I was away when the suit was ready, they held it for me until I was back home and was able to make an appointment to try it and pick up.
Very recommended.
