Special ordered a TWSBI pen. The lady was so nice to show me how to use it and even recommended some beautiful sparkling inks - her handwriting was so nice it really showed the quality of the pen and inks! The prices of the products are very competitive too.Thank you and I’ll come again!

When I first moved to Montreal I found Stylo while searching for my favourite gel pens. As a new fountain pen user I've found new reason to appreciate both their selection, and the expertise of their staff.When I noticed that one of my pens was writing a bit scratchy, and that the tines appeared misaligned upon close inspection, I brought it to Stylo. They gave very clear explanations of all kinds of factors which might be contributing to the problem so that I know what to look out for in future, and they also – very, very carefully – adjusted my nib, too. Thrilled with how my pen writes now, and thrilled with the service I always receive from Stylo.Shoutout to the whole team, but a special thanks to Amanda. You rock!

I came to this store yesterday and had an excellent service from the workers at the store. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything i needed! Highly recommend this place. They truly are knowledgable people.

This store is wow and their employees are absolutely stellar ?. Although young, they have a very extensive knowledge about pens and are extremely competent. I have been very well advised and love the pens I bought there. On top of it, the employees are very friendly. I will make sure to recommend this specific store to my fellow Urban Sketchers!

Prices are good. I came here for cross refills cuz Staples no longer sells it and amazon charger 37$ for a pack of 2 instead of the actual msrp and reasonable amount of 16$ at stylo. The lady didn't have the 2 pack but was amazing to sell me 2 individual and Honor the price of the 2 pack (16 vs 10$ for 1). Amazing! I've been coming here for years for ink for my fountain pen. The store has only gotten nicer. They have nice pens to buy, some affordable ones up to some a few thousand.There is also nice selection of inks like Ferris Wheel ink.

this place has some of the best customer service i have received to date. first i made an order that needed cancelling. i called the number and the dude picked up right away and cancelled my order. then i made a second order. they shipped it out a little late but i got it super quick. when i got the pen there was no ink inside so i called again and the dude picked it up right away and apologized and said he would send a whole pack. all i had to do was reply to the email. before i emailed i decided to double check and lift the tray in the box and saw there was a brand new ink waiting for me. solid service.

High quality pen engravings and outstanding customer service! Made an order online for an engraved rollerball pen for fathers day and I forgot to add a second line to my pen and emailed them. They responded very quickly and were able to add the second line even after the order was placed! Highly recommend.

My experience was TOTALLY ruined by the rudest sales woman (middle-aged, grey and brown hair).She was extremely rude and impatient about showing the pens in the store and she sighed every time she has to hold a pen for me, which was only a total of TWO pens.Then when I was about to buy the pen, she was pressing me if I was going to buy right now or she will leave for break. She proceeded to close the door while I was still in the store.I ended up buying the pen on Amazon for a higher price. And I couldn't be happier about my choice.

I have not visited the store itself but have ordered from them online directly and via Amazon. Their customer service has been impeccable. In one case I ordered an ink converter that did not arrive. They sent a second. It did not arrive. They sent a third and then all three arrived at once -- a fault with the postal service. They incurred costs above the value of the item in order to keep the customer happy. Based on that I have given them return business and will continue to do so.
