I ordered the sideboard that came with scratches. They refunded me $35 for the scratches but the piece of furniture I had another problem: the doors of the sideboard were crooked and asymmetrical.
I simply wouldn’t recommend buying from Structube. The quality is sub-standard and so is the service. They don’t own their shortcomings and give nothing for how they reach their conclusions. Headache and big waste of your time, it will likely be crooked and you’ll end up wasting more time than you should, disassembling and retuning.

Bought a Kameo couch from them. This couch won't last over a year. I am super disappointed by it after only 6months use. One of the section completely sinks in now. Structure will not do anything for you but tell you it's wear and tear. Very upsetting. Will not buy from them anymore. I would advise any potential buyer to think twice and spend a bit more somewhere else that will last for years. Quality here is LOW! Customer service will not care or do anything about it.

Design: 10/100Durability: 0.5/10I find the suggested products really beautiful but the quality is lousy. And while it's not expensive for the looks, it's way overpriced for the durability and quality of these.I bought four chairs for $119 each, it hasn't been a year, I almost never sit on them and they have already started to break (not to mention how difficult it is to assemble them, even ikea is easier ?).I also bought a small gold-colored side table and the paint has already come off in lots of places, even with a protective placemat. The worst thing is that the lady at the store recently told me "it's normal, it's paint"???!!!!. At $129 for a small table, I would have expected something a little more durable.The wooden kitchen table was damaged so quickly that I had to buy custom-made glass to protect it.It's simple, I've had IKEA furniture for 30 years, barely damaged, compared to structube which after 8 months are very damaged.I wanted to go buy a bed set for my new house and there I was able to see how cheap it really is. So ultimately I bought elsewhere.Beautiful products visually but which really don't age well, really too cheap.It's a shame because the look is great.Ps. I noticed while looking at the reviews that this cheap side, which breaks quickly, often comes back.

20 minutes of strolling around, no customers and three sellers 2 busy laughing at the cash register, and a gentleman who is stirring up wind in the store, because out of the 3 and in 20 minutes, we did not have the right to a Hello , nor even a question...and carrying I walked past them! But it doesn't matter, I just spent 7000 dollars in their stores but it's forgotten.... I think that some people in Quebec really missed the lessons of politeness. But since we "simple" customers aren't too stupid, we took the time to note down the reference for ordering online even if it means not having any service so much as chatting with my laptop and in any case the delivery times are exactly the same.

Ordered my furniture on September, everything was delayed, The last two items -two desks- were delayed three times, from end of October to 16 December. I had to call to get an update on the delays everytime. No apologies, brusque and frankly appalling customer service. During the cancelation in the shop the salesperson was snickering and exchanging looks with the other salesperson in the desk. I'd rather sit on the floor than buy anything from structube ever again.
