One buys the table, it has a defect, and the answer is poor assembly. The joke the instructions show that the tray is factory assembled, they just say no for fun without checking the products. Brand that scams customers. Run away!!! It does not respect the guarantees.

Fantastic customer service at Structube Ste-Catherine. I believe the person who served me was called Ellie (2772) and I wouldn’t have left with a couch if it wasn’t for her. Knows her stuff.
I’ve bought products from Structube in the past that were poor quality, but the Kinsey leather couch is great.

I bought a couch cum sofa in January. The product was torn , cloth was coming out. We informed the store on time. They took 2 months to get a new replacement.
But the time we were travelling outside canada. We have not even used it properly but now they won't exchange it. They were full of lies saying they had the replacement ready on February. They made me get the couch to the store and refused to fix the issue even after agreeing to fix it. Reason given was : it's used. Obviously it will be used if you take 3 minths to get a replacement.
The couch is also sinking in and it will become unusable very soon. They are not even ready to look at it. The cloth on the couch is also slipping snd forming layer.
We are really disappointed with the service . Now we have bought bed with eq3 and the service is spending. They have already come to our house to fix the issue almost 5 times. I guess you should never buy cheap products.

I ordered several floor lamps and chairs which I am very satisfied with.
Some sellers are nicer than others and that’s a shame!

I ordered the sideboard that came with scratches. They refunded me $35 for the scratches but the piece of furniture I had another problem: the doors of the sideboard were crooked and asymmetrical.
I simply wouldn’t recommend buying from Structube. The quality is sub-standard and so is the service. They don’t own their shortcomings and give nothing for how they reach their conclusions. Headache and big waste of your time, it will likely be crooked and you’ll end up wasting more time than you should, disassembling and retuning.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent a couch with the wrong instructions and the wrong bag of screws/bolts. When they sent me a replacement package, they left out half the pieces i was missing. Still waiting on a 3rd package. Completely disorganized, don't waste your money.

Very poor service. A week ago I went to this store looking for a couple of wall art items, I also explained to the lady that I’d like to see the items first. She proposed me to put a deposit and come and look at the decor once it’s arrived in their store. She also mentioned that I can decide if I take the items or not once I see them in store. Well, today I went to the store again (I had to carve out time from my day off, find a car and go to the store, which was a big hustle for me), and the (very stressed) lady told me sure let me get your items first, so I waited and when she cameback she said that they have too many clients and it would be not convenient for her to open the boxes and show me the artworks. First of all, lady, I am one of customers too, and secondly, YOU offered me that option, saying I can come back to the store and look at the items before deciding if I like them. Why would I go to the store otherwise?? I would have bought have online and got them delievered home. Marc, the manager, was behind the counter and didn’t say a word, he didn’t care at all. Their service is not poor, it’s non existent. I’ve been the Structuve customer for 6 years and I haven’t experienced this kind of treatment before. Well, better to avoid this particular Strictube for sure - I do not recommend buying there. Go online or to another store at Rene Levesque, the service is much better there.

Surprising furniture store with a beautiful showroom, located in the very heart of the Ste Catherine artery. Fairly good quality furniture at an affordable price. Excellent welcome with kindness and a smile as a bonus! A big thank you to Samuel for his attentiveness, his wise advice and his efficiency!
