Just recently I needed to find a storage unit on short notice and found Storage Mart right in my neighborhood of Griffintown. Very convenient access a block from Peel St and a warm friendly environment.Big shout-out to the Manager Karim! He provided all of the help and attention I could’ve asked for to ensure the smoothest move possible. A+ service!

I want to preface by saying this is not a criticism of the staff - they have been nothing but kind and helpful. This is a review of the company. They have increased my monthly fees by 100% since I started with them. Just this month alone my fee jumped 16% for no reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Got really pressured by their marketing people to take a unit earlier than we wanted to secure it with offer of a free month. Visited the unit to set up auto payment. The unit then got cancelled anyway for not moving in fast enough?? Sorted out efficiently but kind of frustrating and stressful.

I was there twice recently to pick up a few things and the big door stayed open the whole half hour I was there (both times). Today the clerk left and did not even bother closing the door at the end of his shift. The place should be secure but anyone can enter! In December I had reported to the manager the fluorescent that prevented me from seeing the contents of my locker but it is still not replaced 6 months later. I can't get the right lighting to see my stuff. There are mouse traps everywhere, is this an infestation that has not been communicated to us?
