At first, you'll get a reasonable price then every 6 months, they hit you with an unjustified raise of at least 14$+taxes. The staff is friendly, very helpful but the people who decide of the monthly rents? I'd rather not write what I think of them. Steer clear of the storage company unless you're fine with being ripped off!

Your prices are not fair and you absolutely do not offer the best service in Montreal. I know something about this, having already rented warehouses for a long time, from one of your competitors, located a few steps from your home. Your pricing strategy is criticized by your customers on other platforms: you first present so-called promotional prices and then make up for it with frequent, unjustified increases that border on extortion. Talk to customer service to say what? To hear nonsense as if you are speaking to children? No! Try honesty and no one will complain about your business practices!

Classic box rental. Be careful to use the type of padlock they sell otherwise the insurance will not cover everything. However, I would have liked to be able to know about the insurance requirement on their site. No worries when using the box and when going out.

I made a reservation for the storage with a promotional price and they canceled The storage without calling me to ask me if i still come for the storage. They sent me an email 1 day after they already gave the storage to someone else and i called right away because i really wanted it but they were not helpful at all.
