As a result, I was able to walk for the following days with greatly reduced pain. “I came here today and I was in a hurry and without any reservation so I asked to fix my road bike handle, chains and other stuff, but as a student I asked to use the cheapest material and I wanted to buy a bottle holder, but it was beyond my budget , I just said that I don't want it, but the manager with understanding and respect introduced me to the various options with good prices for student,and gave my bike to the professional and experienced manager there, and they fixed my bike in the fastest time I can say. And they also gave that bottle holder and a bottle as a gift, I really enjoyed my experience in this shop, and I must say that they have all kinds of professional bicycle equipment and accessories. “Had such a good experience here the other day. Dropped in for someone to have a look at an issue I was having. I left the bike with Steve, and a few hours later, the part was replaced, along with a few other issues I had with the bike which I hadn't even mentioned. When I asked to have some help installing a new set of drop handlebars, it was no problem. He did it on the spot, and swapped out my brake cables in like 15 minutes. Super happy I found this shop.”

This place was recommended by a friend and when I first arrived there, I was greeted by a super-friendly gentleman who schooled me on what they offered. I discovered that they have everything both a novice or a serious bodybuilder would need. They also carry free weights and various equipment that is reasonable at cost. I personally loaded up on vitamins, protein powders and lotsa weights. It was the best investment I have ever made and Pierre who owns the place is always fun and interesting to visit while you are there. So if anyone is considering beginning an exercise program, please check out Strata gym. When I walked in, I was honestly blown away with all the merch they have AND how many sizes they have (as a bigger person, TRYING on sweaters in stores is a luxury)! If we each had more room in our luggage, we would have bought more!! The staff were all extremely friends, experienced and knowledge. We were treated like friends.
