Ludmila has fairy fingers. Her darning is almost invisible (I haven't seen this quality since I went to see the nuns of Quebec — it's a talent that is being lost, unfortunately). Ludmila and Oleg are fantastic people, whom we have known since their arrival in Quebec. They have run a similar store in Ville Mont-Royal for 15 years. They are very kind, professional and talented. They are second to none when it comes to cleaning, mending or repairing the clothes you care about. My partner swears by them! You can trust them with your eyes closed!

Since the new owners took over, Sparkle Cleaners has significantly improved! The quality of their work is outstanding, with my clothes looking immaculate every time. The owner is friendly and attentive, and the turnaround time is impressive. Highly recommended for top-notch dry cleaning services!

I brought in a very expensive silk skirt and spent a lot of time asking questions to make sure they are comfortable cleaning in. The skirt had one small stain and I asked if they thought they could clean it without damaging the skirt as I know silk is hard to clean and I don’t want to leave it there if there is a risk of further damage. When I went to pick it up, the stain was still there but with another massive stain right in the middle. The skirt is now completely ruined and unwearable. The receptionist was absolutely terrible, yelling at me and interrupting me while I was asking for next steps. Terrible place as mentioned by other reviewers, do not visit. My skirt cost me 400$, I have only worn it once and is now completely damaged. They also don’t take credit card payments, only cash or etransfer which means you can’t dispute with your bank. This place is really sketchy on top of being unprofessional and incompetent.

Very silly company ! I took my carpet for cleaning they only removed the stain on one side and didn’t wash the whole carpet and had the courage to charge me $250 ! The customer service was terrible too when picking up my carpet she didn’t have the card payment method even after l call her before going she didn’t mention l should bring cash , I got there she gave me an attitude ! I will bring my carpet back !

Excellent service and advice ,She saved the SILK Wedding dress of my client (and my life ?)I am a tailor and had to shorten a weddingdress. I had an accident with machine oil that stained on the front of the dress. I went to see 3 other professional drycleaers who didn't know how to handle it and made it worse. Wild silk is not easy to treat.Thanks to SPARKLE everything is gone without putting the whole dress in the drycleaner , which would have changed the beautiful natural stiffness of the fabric .With her special technic the stain got out. And I was saved from being discredited (or killed) from my client Thank you sooooo much !BTW. The prices for couture that she charges are absolutely standard and fair for the good quality result.Service: Special care fabric cleaning
