I liked everything by except for the rude shop assistant who was trying to increase her sales. I was at the till and the shop assistant had a hard time registering my data for the account. At the same in order not to let her colleague get the next customer, this shop assistant assisting me runs behind me and takes the clothes from the next client asking her to rest. She didn’t even finish the transaction with me, I find it very impolite and unacceptable for the store of such a high end.

Very poor return policy. We were given a jacket as a gift. Brought it back (new and unused with tags) to exchange for a different color and were told that we couldn’t exchange it. Don’t buy gifts from this store.

Ordered from their current sale. Two orders consisting of 25 items, first order arrived of 4 items with a strong odour of mold and mildew. Opened the packages and they all smelled strongly of mold. Second order arrives of the remaining 22 items and they all smell of mold and mildew as well, my whole living room reeked. So this is why they are on sale, emailed customer service and they tell me their clothes are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse and it is the dye process I am smelling, well in my 43 years of living on this earth I am certain I know what the smell of mold smells like, very disappointed seeing as this is a children’s clothing company that claims their “Mission” is to provide quality and safe clothing. In this day in age where the choices are endless in terms of where to shop I am surprised how dismissive they are of their customer base, also took 10 days from day of order to receive the order, ordered from Patagonia a day ago and the order is set to arrive today.

Embarrassing customer service. I placed an order. 3 weeks later they said it's ready for pickup in store. We show up and they say they don't have it. They say to cancel call customer service. We call, the customer service says they can't cancel. We call the store, they say they have it we have to come pick up. I ask to cancel, they keep saying call tomorrow. NEVER again will I purchase from this store.

We ordered a few items off them in early fall to beat the rush (pants and a jacket) for our child. After wearing the jacket literally three time to go to school, the seams were falling apart in 8 different locations meaning it was OBVIOUSLY a manufacturers defect (back, arms, shoulder etv). Other than theseblemishes, the jacket looks great. No abuse, no tears nothing except materials coming apart due to poor workmanship.After contacting customer service they did not want to issue a refund but rather demanded we send it back and have it evaluated. ok fair. We've been waiting amonth for a response, they still have our money and our poorly made jacket and are not responding, and have not even offered a replacement piece. Last time I buy anything from them and I strongly encourage others not to either.Terrible service and poorly made products. Don't bother. We love supporting local but they don't deserve it.stay away!

We went to return a gift. There were only one salesperson at the store, another one was in training.When we explained it was a gift, the person asked us our phone number, the card we used to purchase, why the price was cut off on the tag, if we bought it on sale. We had to repeat over and over that WE RECEIVED IT AS A GIFT!!!The exchange was in French in the native language of the salesperson, there was no place for misunderstanding. The person in training was an older lady, it was ironic how she had to do "translation" from French to French for this other one.Will not return as a customer until their store closure clearance, seriously that's the only time I'd buy something on sale as "final sale" in 2022.

Not worth it! Customer experience was bad. Items shipped late and AFTER their return policy expired! While the clothes might be cute, they are pricey and overall not worth it combined with the customer experience.
