I told the guy who works at this store to put two pair of shoes appart so I could pay for them the next day. Last Saturday 6 of July 2024, to Sunday 7 of July 2024. He gave me a price for both pair of shoes. It was near 200. But. On Sunday. The guy who was there. Wanted to charge me 279 with taxes included for both pair of shoes. The same i asked thr day before to put aside. The pair of tennis shoes had a discount and was on display. He said he couldn't give me that price. And that it was a mistake. Ha. I really had a bad time at this store. I won't buy there again.

I've had to process 2 separate returns at this store over the last year. One was a faulty winter boot that I got a gift card for and the other was a pair of sandals that I bought online which were too big.
Both times the staff helped me with the issue. Sometimes the wait can be long but today was the best. There were two employees working when I went in around 11am. The younger girl helped me with my size exchange. She didn't hesitate to bring me two other sizes as I was buying a style of sabdal I've never had before.
She was very competent at using the computer. The process was very quick and easy. (06/14/2024)

If there is low stars to give i will do ,, this is the worst place and the worst employees and the worst customer service, and if the business owner will write thanks for taking the time to write review go ffff yourself (:

Not the best customer service, had to go to the front desk to ask for a size, person there seemed bothered by me asking for sizes, nobody on the floor, and they dont give you the box with your shoes... it is very odd? then you cannot exchange them, I see many other reviews about this

Terrible customer service. My 15 year old daughter wore these shoes 4 times before the rivet fell off. SoftMoc refuses to exchange them or refund them.

Worst customer service experience of my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???
Following my visit to the store, I was surprised by the mistreatment of the 3 girls asking me to leave without giving me time to explain anything, I wanted to see you to ask for my rights and explain my case.
However, I got my refund without any problems and I was treated well in the other store, so that proves that there is a big problem in customer management at your store!!! ???

They did not attend to us in any way, I went to the person at the checkout to ask in French if he knew about the sizes and he answered that he did not speak Spanish and I spoke to him in French, I repeated it to him and with disgust he told me that there were no more sizes without checking anything, terrible

Worst customer service… no welcome when you enter the store. The two saleswomen ignored me and were chatting together. I had the impression of disturbing them when I *dared* to ask them for a size to try on, zero politeness! And as the size was not available, the saleswoman just got rid of me and turned her head away: no offer to try another model in the right size, nothing. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The two saleswomen are unfriendly, barely look at the buyer, you wait a very long time to get what you want, I don't recommend this store at all!

Are the sellers instructed to sell as little as possible? They give as much attention to the customer as a poster on the wall, you have to chase them to get service! Really strange for a shoe store, I've never seen that anywhere else, it's usually quite the opposite!

I bought a pair of Softmoc brand sandals. I don't recommend it at all. The straps are much too large and not adjustable. I waited in the hope that they would eventually do to my daughter but no. Never worn and they never will. They are poorly made. I'm being offered 10% off my next purchase ??♀️ to compensate me. I bought sandals that will never fit anyone.
