They have always given me honest and timely service. I have had many tire and oil changes done here and, a few times, larger issues fixed. When they cannot service the car that day, they let me know.

Mechanical emergency: my wipers stopped working on the highway. Decarie during a rain flood.The three mechanics were of no help. They tell me that they have a wait of 8 to 10 hours to give me more information. The little white-haired one with glasses was Passive-aggressive. I understand that I don't have an appointment and that I'm a woman, but answering my questions by cutting me off, with a bad attitude and with arrogance was not necessary.RUN FROM THIS PLACE = verbally aggressive men.

In the passed ive gone for simple things, oil change, tire change nothing has ever been wrong. I go to have my winter tires put on very early in the morning just to be told it can't be done without a "wheel lock key" which has never been mentioned the passed times I've gone to get my tires changed (from summer to winter and vice versa) I also never put wheel locks on my car. Now I'm being told it can't be done by them or by anyone else without this key that I don't have. My question is, how did they change my tires in the passed then? I haven't done anything different. Not to mention the guy was rude and not helpful at all. I kept trying to ask him questions and he wasn't having it. Terrible, never going back there. It's unfortunate cause it is close to where I live but they aren't worth the headaches.

Mauvais service a clientèle. Tu vien pour pre-payer avec un montant approximatif et ensuite tu peux pas te faire rembourser la différence et ça te traite de tout les non et te dit en plus que tu peux pu venir mettre de l essence. WoW aucun respect pour le monde qui le font vivre j ai fait un plein-temps à Sobeys pk c est même pas un vrais Shell

Dishonest and lazy mechanics. Don’t take your car here. They messed up my elderly fathers brakes and then told him there’s nothing they can do about it. Very rude and discourteous. Avoid at all costs.

Bought my car there 6 months ago for an oil change and owner charged me 210$. Today I went back for an oil change with the same car and owner Dominic charged me 327$. I asked why such an increase and told him I had payed 120$ less 6 months earlier and owner responded that his rent increased. This one will need to go to the consumer bureau. It's ashame some garage still thinks they could do this and don't realize we now have a way to info warn people.

I brought my car in for an oil change and service and I got wonderful service from the phone call, to the welcoming staff and all the way to picking up the vehicle. The extended hours of operation allows you to pick up your car until late at night(10 pm) . They also work with or without appointment and so far I didn’t get the feeling I get sometimes in other places that they try to find things to replace just to charge you.
