They are nice people, however, if they're not able to locate parts, they can't fix it, despite there being YouTube videos of techs repairing/fixing the piece in an unconventional way, it gets the machine to work. If it's a radio.. or amp/ receiver, no problem. Something that has mechanical or moving parts.. not so much luck.

Paul was great to deal with, he helped me get the warranty work done on my amplifier. When I dropped off the amplifier Paul told me it would take approximately 2 weeks. Luckily Yamaha had the parts in stock and he was able to meet the estimated time!
Thank you!

Months and months and months after dropping off equipment: replaced internal speakers with cheap "white van" speakers. Amp also was not serviced properly and dial gets stuck. Stay away.

A Music lover whose also a spontaneous inexperienced buyer in his sixties, I got craftily persuaded to pay a couple of hundred for old vintage turntable . It ended up staying on my shelf for months cause to my surprise I needed a pre amp to hook it up. I then buy a pre amp on marketplace from a guy who also had a mint Torrens TD 160 for $400 I grabbed. So I gift this NDG T-table to my son ,only to find out it won't turn on, it's just plain dead ,zero power. I firmly request they commit to agree to repair it no charge. They wouldn't and so I show up in person to again insist they really should commit to a no charge repair, I'm obviously an honest good paying customer and they asked me leave with it. You be the judge , to me it's not a warranty conversation. Please beware of these guys ... They're a plainly ,"too money hungry" repair place, a very bad combo.

I brought an older turntable I was having a problem with. I asked if a fluttering of the woofer would be something they could fix. They assured me they could. I also asked that they run a ground wire to the exterior so I could connect it to the amp. Also ask to install a new strobe light for the pitch control. NO problem. Said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. Leave a $40 deposit and we will call you with an estimate. I received a phone call after 4 weeks saying the turntable was ready. What happened to my estimate I said. The man did not answer. I went to pick it up. Wasn't the same guy I dealt with when I dropped it off. Ask if he fixed the fluttering problem. He said it was dirty and cleaned it. I asked if he tested it after and again he didn't answer me. They changed the light. I asked about the ground wire I asked for that wasn't done either. Again he didn't answer me. Ends up charging me $160 for a light. Fluttering problem still exists, no ground wire and who knows if they cleaned it. Amateurs. I wouldn't bring anything else to them. Scammers. Dishonest crooks.

SCAM! Unblocking the CD plate of my audio system...charged for 2 hours 40 minutes of work for $40 in parts and the $40 deposit is not deducted from the invoice. This is theft!

I have used these people to fix my old electronics (TV, VCR, etc) more than once. They were able to quickly diagnose the problems and replace the faulty components, no nonsense. I am pleased with and impressed by their professional service and high level of competence. I would use them again without reservations.
