I was helped relatively quickly and was able to try different shades of the product I wanted. The consultant helped me determine which one looked best on me and my color profile was added to my account, making future shopping easier. I was also able to receive a birthday present!

I received the Clé de Peau Beauté Precious Gold Vitality Mask 10mL for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. My sister have been using this mask at night as part of my skincare routine. My sister love the luxurious feel of the gold-infused mask and how it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. The scent is subtle and pleasant, making it enjoyable to use. Overall, my sister have noticed an improvement in the texture and overall appearance of my skin since incorporating this mask into my routine.

I had experienced a trauma at this Sephora but it was a few years ago around 2020 but when I wanted to ask for help the girl simply ignored me and when I approached her and I asked her a question she told me speaks stupidly and gives me an attitude as if she doesn't want to serve me and suddenly there is another girl who comes up to me and asks me if I need help and then I put her down a question for this product and when she put the cream on my face she forced it very hard on my skin that it hurt me and then she asked me if it hurt. And I feel she discriminates against me because of my skin color it's as if she rubbed my skin so that it is white it was a disaster it's inhuman and racist of her you hurt me and you wanted to destroy my beauty of my face is that it? I don't want to go back there anymore. And for those who are POC I strongly suggest you avoid this place they will not welcome you well. 0 stars shame on you all.

This morning I was at Sephora galère d'Anjou I wanted to buy two perfumes and a liquid blush and I asked one of the employees to help me find the product she looked at me and she told me you will find the product right behind madam I I said to myself maybe she doesn't like what she does and if that's the case Madam is looking for another job because courtesy, respect and kindness are not given to everyone in the end I decided not to buy anything however I I had the two perfumes and the other product in my hands, I put them on their shelves and left, I'm coming back, worse customer service experience ?

Dommage que c’est toujours plein à craquer le samedi, donc c’est désagréable d‘y magasiner et peut être long avant de pouvoir payer et sortir. Je préfère commander en ligne! En plus une autre cliente me suivait de près et me pinçait les fesses! Juste pour dire à quel point nous sommes coincées comme des sardines tant il y a du monde! Et certaines en profitent…?

Sunday morning, I went shopping for a dark circle concealer. I already knew what brand I wanted, but no idea for the color. No counselor on the floor asked me if I needed help. I had two colors in my hands, which I was going to try at the nearest mirror. Without even saying hello, the employee tells me that I am not allowed to put on makeup with these mirrors, and to take the small mirrors next to the brands. Her colleague arrived and they started talking about their weekend. Neither of them ever asked me if I needed help with colors. Also, the concealer was extremely dirty from the outside, I had lots of it on my hands and my cell phone. If I give two stars it is because the cashier offered good service and even in terms of the refund, because I came back 5 minutes later regretting the color while looking at the result in a different light.This experience confirms to me that I am definitely better served when I shop on your site online versus in store. The concern for customer service was not present.
