I purchased the item DUFF UNISEX WEEKENDER DUFFEL BAG at the Rideau Centre store in Ottawa, Canada. Within a few weeks of very little use, the zipper ripped.
I have provided all the photos of the duffel bag and the ripped zipper. As I said, I purchased many items including a very expensive overcoat, and am very pleased with everything.
However, the zipper in the bag broke soon after. I still carry the bag and right now I am travelling from Ottawa to Paris, to Manchester and London, England.
I phoned the store to ask for assistance and a replacement. The sales lady had no clue about the item I was talking about, after keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes. I could find the item on their website in 2 seconds! She assured me that she will get back to me the next day. It has been over 4 days and I have not heard from anyone.
I have shared my experience on Facebook, and other people have also complained about poor after service from Rudsak.
Please replace the item and send it to my Ottawa address as soon as possible.
As I am leaving shortly from Canada to go back to Orange County your prompt attention will be appreciated. Or I can contact your head office and talk to your President. It is very disappointing that a company like Rudsak that boasts about its products, should have such poor after sale service!

Rudsak does not respect his customers and even less the rules of good neighborliness! Rudsak does his little business in his workshop on St Laurent Boulevard but doesn't care much about the residents of Clark Street behind their store since the employees honk their horns like drivers before leaving their parking lot!! They mistake this place for an industrial zone and see people as $$. They forget that seniors and babies live in the neighborhood and could really use some peace and quiet. The Clark Street collective is disappointed by this inappropriate behavior of Rudsak employees and condemns their incivility. All residents have withdrawn their interest in the brand after having once been customers. Among them are teachers, nurses and people who work from home who could really use a break after their hard day. Then even the concentration of these teachers is spoiled with these repeated horn blasts, especially when they are preparing to correct papers or read a work. RUDSAK MUST MOVE TO THE CENTRAL MARKET, ALONGSIDE ITS COMPETITORS OR TO THE INDUSTRIAL BOULEVARD, THE CHABANEL DISTRICT IS NO LONGER AN INDUSTRIAL AREA BUT MORE RESIDENTIAL! RUDSAK OUT!!!

Absolutely slow deliberate service. Delivered my products to wrong address. Then when I ask to exchange sizes they reply a week later so I have 4 days to complete the exchange within their 14 day return and exchange policy . Normally people in high luxury have a 30 day exchange policy. I get one answer from one agent who gave me hope for exchangingninto a bigger size and then all the others produce standard answers . Ashamed that this beautiful Canadian brand has such low service standards… I will talk about this experience for ever 2000$ down the drain for a product I can’t wear or even gift to someone who it would fit.
How hard is it for XS to change into an S . I am not asking for a refund or anything . DONT SHOP HERE

Bad and unhelpful after-sales service...I bought a coat in August at 50% off and it cost me a total of $643. At the end of December, I started wearing the coat and I noticed at the moment that there was a defect in the sleeves. I started to feel cold … and after checking, I realized that there was missing padding on the arms. I contact Rudsak for a refund, but they offer me a repair and that the coat will be evaluated by an expert. I accept, because I was tired of fighting with them for several weeks. The coat is sent for repair and rudsak opens the coat at the forearms and they add feathers. Poorly done work, we see the seam not clean at the level where the repair was carried out and the work is incomplete. They had a placebo effect ???So, I contact Rudsak again for the tenth time and they tell me that a manager will contact me and I still have no follow-up. For a brand that claims to be a luxury brand, this is nonsense. There I ask for a refund, but they do everything to discourage me..., it's unhealthy and dishonest ??

Unacceptable. It has now been more than 3 weeks since I requested a refund for an item to no avail. After ordering a Parka for more than CAD $900 tax included, I wanted to return it due to a size problem. I subsequently requested a refund on November 29, returned my package by FedEx on December 6 and to this day I have received no news from Rudsak. It is unacceptable to be in these conditions for a brand calling itself “High Standing” and advocating Luxury. To flee !

I'll try my luck here! At least it seems like someone is responding.It is December 6, on November 22 I requested a refund for a coat ordered and I have had no return to date, despite reminders.Error on the coat, but it doesn't matter, we see that the quality doesn't seem to be there!Really Rudsak, it’s not what it used to be!

Worst customer service in the world.
First time the coat size was wrong. I try to exchange but they said it was too late. The fact was actually that I tried every day to call them but they just didn’t answer the call. After they refused to exchange, I had to wore the coat but only two days later the paints peal off.
It’s like ages when you contacted the repair departments.
I think I have to request for a refund since I just bought another coat. I could not wait for your move forever? It is cold in Canada and I need something to go through the winter. In addition, I already reached an agreement with a buyer on Kijiji. Before that I want to fix some small issues but now you make everyone lose patience. I sent you multiple emails but you never replied and I called you multiple times but never went through. I have done everything I could but finally I bought another coat and I could only request for a refund

I went to go to a sale and I am very disappointed that you are stealing money from your customers. I bought a coat for $795 + tax. They charged me 895+ tax. Then when I went to get the difference refunded, I was charged $895 + tax. I gave only $60 and when I asked for an explanation I was told that it was because of taxes which doesn't make sense, it's a scam

HEAD OFFICE"The initiatives we're unveiling today demonstrate RUDSAK's commitment to being part of the solution while remaining true to our roots as a source for premium luxury outerwear that empowers confidence and style."I find it quite funny that when calling customer service about a Manufactural defect scenario, well it has to escalate into the writing of this complaint.After buying a product that states; and I quote;-----RUDSAK are made with sustainable luxe materials that provide both stretch and durability-----that I am having to have the product replaced after roughly 3 months and no more than 3 times wearing said product.I am sure that Rudsak will do the due diligence needed to replace said product, although when having to deal with rude customer service and what seems to be inept supervisor on duty today October 30th 2023 at aprox; 4:20pm that did not want to speak with the client myself and would rather state the ever so famous ,tell him that " THE SUPERVISOR JUST LEFT THE BUILDING " a sour taste in my mouth is the least this type of juvenile unprofessional demeanor shows, we as the clients buying this : LUXURY" brand would like to encounter better more proud service.Should you care to maintain the marking of a luxury brand one would think that you would maintain the standards that one expects of such an encounter or interaction therein with customer service.I would greatly appreciate a email back in regards to this very horrible experience and one would hope that you can track down whom it is that i am and the email that's allocated to the return / exchange.cheers
