I have been going to this hardware store for years, always excellent advice and very good service. Saturday I'm going to have a key made there and I went back 4 times, the first 3 of which were 2 times with the same person. The 3rd time she tells me I hope it will work and I tell her it has to work. Young woman who invented an accent but who has come from Hochelaga for generations. The 4th time it is clear that the pink head would not be of use to me and I go to see one of the clerks I know in the company. The happy head says that's 3 times I'm reimbursing it, we're not redoing it and he takes a good look at the key and sees that I hadn't been redone with the correct basic key. So I ask the gentleman if he can do it again and with a happy face saying 3 times we will refund without discussion, I tell him that I am talking to the gentleman and she tells me that she is the supervisor. As I didn't see any snippets, I was quite surprised to meet the boss of the said snippet. The clerk tells me the key is missing and that they will receive one next week. So, refunded and I went to the locksmith and everything worked the first time when you have the right basic key that's what it gives. I will continue to go to this hardware store which is excellent. Peter's principle which says "everyone tends to reach their level of incompetence" showed me that so young the pink head has reached it!

The best customer service in a hardware store!! In fact, the best neighborhood hardware store!
The choice of material is very good for the surface area and they can ship to this store for pickup or delivery. Employees are always available for advice or help putting things in the car. Everyone is really welcoming but wait until you speak to Serge... he is worth the detour for his good humor.

J'adore cet endroit. Les employés sont vraiment sur la coche. J'avais besoin d'une nouvelle serrure pour ma porte, je suis sortie de là avec un doctorat en serrures tellement que j'ai bien étée informée. Je voulais peinturer mes portes, je suis sortie de là avec un BAC en restoration de meubles. Toujours un excellent service à la clientèle, que ce soit au téléphone ou en personne. BRAVO :)

Average size but where you can find everything. Pleasant and available clerk. Outgoing and friendly, I found what I wanted. A surprise awaited me, the price in store was lower than in the online circular.
