Helpful knowledgeable staff & great prices. After a series of bad interactions at Home Depot I came here and these folks really now their stuff when it comes to simple home repairs and renovations. Multiple times someone has come over to say 'that might not be the right item for your job try X'. Prices are often MUCH cheaper than Home Depot.

I hate to have to do this, in the past this was a great hardware store; Yesterday, I visited looking for a particular item/solution. After searching and not finding it on my own. I approached an employee who was stocking shelves, stood beside him, looking at him, patiently waited to be acknowledged. He wouldn't even acknowledge my presence and avoided eye contact. I approached someone working at a counter who seemed more interested in their cell phone than acknowledging me standing in front of them. I disturbed them to ask for a suggestion and was not offered any useful advice. I went directly to Reno-Depot where I encountered knowledgeable staff, eager to help, and made my purchase. An item that was, in fact, available at Rona. I should add that I was the only customer in the store at the time, I should not have left empty-handed.

The staffs are approachable and they actually entertain you when you need help. I bought pieces of wood and ask them to cut in specific dimensions. I would recommend the store and will shop there in the future.

Good parking, but no EV charging. It's no better and no worse than any other big box rénovation store.
