I placed a landscaping order on a Monday via the RONA website, which indicated that the order would be ready the next day. When I arrived the next day at the RONA St-Patrick Renovation Center, I discovered that half of the order was not ready because certain items were not in stock. However, the order is paid and the invoice indicates “PICKUP – RONA St-Patrick renovation center”, “IN STORE”, but the items are not available. Result: two workers at my house paid to do nothing. In summary, you should NOT RELY ON THE IN-STORE PICKUP FORMULA.
When we realized that the entire order was not there, we asked the clerk to check with the nearby RONA on Notre-Dame. She told us: “No, we are independent.” I don't know what that means, but if I can call, I expect that you, with your RONA bib, will be able to contact your RONA colleagues. It's disappointing. With attendants like that, we will be forced to accept the arrival of the robotic workforce, unfortunately.

I had gone to another store of the same type a few moments before arriving at this one; and the difference jumped out at me. I was amazed at the fast, professional and human service I received here. As soon as I got home I was greeted and asked how they could help me, but not in a robotic way! We fixed it in less than a minute and the checkout service was pleasant. I want to go back, thanks to the Rona St-Henri team!

DO NOT GET YOUR KEYS COPIED HERE!! I had 4 keys copied and NONE of them worked. Not one. I went back and someone else made me 4 new keys and only one of them worked. 2 hours of back and forth, $18 for only one working key….. terrible.
