I was so stressed out switching from Bell to Roger’s and I had no clue how to do it, and came in with zero direction. I was helped by Nurit who was so kind and welcoming, despite my confusing problems. She was able to help me and fix the problem. I was really thankful for her service today. A weight was lifted off my shoulders when I left!

Sales representatives give you false information to try to reach their caps. Called Rogers to clarify/verify information and I was basically told that these guys lie all the time to try and make you buy more (e.g., I was told that I had to subscribe to device protection for three months or else I cant get my upgrade but that I would be refunded at the end of the three months if I no longer wanted it....this was entirely a lie).
TLDR: Rogers HQ told me not to trust their OWN shops.

Locked door, you have to ring for them to let you in after a visual inspection. I aksed for a basic Galaxy Watch, they wanted me to buy a LTE one (more expensive to buy, plus recurring fees). I said I didn't want LTE as I will have my cell phone on me. They asked me the price I could get from Samsung.ca. They continued telling me the price difference was "negligible" and to go somewhere else as they didn't sell anything else than LTE. Seriously, much better purchasing from a website.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. They acted like nobody was at the store. I waited for 15 minutes but nobody served me.
