We had very courteous and complete service when purchasing sofas. As soon as the order was placed, however, everything changed: minimal and dry communications, quite expensive hidden fees (even considering Roche Bobois prices), impersonal and haughty service, rude delivery people. When I attempted to contact the branch manager (by phone and in person), he refused to speak to me. The sofas are beautiful (hence the 2 stars), but I absolutely do not recommend this store.

Horrible quality. Within just a few months my very costly sofa fabric looks terrible. Got no help from customer service and nothing but a rude email. Don’t waste your money here. Appalling that they would have non commercial grade fabrics on their furniture and offer no service.

It amazes me that I still buy the majority of my furniture at this particular location (because it’s close to my place in the city), even while I experience the worst customer service. I’ve ordered multiple items over the past 10years. Now when I place an order, pay a deposit, 6-8 months of waiting (with no communication) - I receive either damaged furniture or the wrong item. The process to get it rectified is simply another circus where it takes another 6months (btw I’m still waiting for a replacement that is now reaching 5months wait and no one can tell me why). The management at this location is simply clueless and not customer focused. I get logistic challenges, but I do not get lack of communication/responsiveness. No excuse. If you want to buy RB, suggest to try a different branch.

The customer service is awful. I also tried to get them to stop sending me mail advertisements: impossible. I called 5 times to: this store, the head office, the manager: once you are on their mailing list, you are there for life, and if you move they will continue to send mail to the old address forever. It is terribly annoying because the male pieces are very large and take up a lot of room.

Very nice furniture store downtown Montreal. Creative designs of lamps, sofas, dining tables, bedrooms, cabinets, carpets and other items.If you look for something special to furnish a big flat or house, you should visit this store. Prices are above average but reasonable.
