They have nice clothes however the quality became really poor since one year ago or so. After a couple of times wearing even before washing, you already see the knots…That’s unfortunate! It’s not good for neither clients nor environment!

I haven't been coming to this store for several months because the service was not good, today I gave it another chance and I was right. The team changed, the people were very welcoming and really friendly. In addition, the store is beautiful and well ordered, a very nice change.

I like this store, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, it is well located (at the corner of Mont-Royal and Papineau, also close to the Mont-Royal metro station (fully accessible station).On the other hand, I deplore the shortage of sizes available in the sports bra I am looking for...

Of all the Reitmans stores, this last one is my favorite because, I love the warm and friendly atmosphere that reigns there, I am always entitled to excellent customer service and inside the store, you find a wide selection of clothing in several sizes.I dedicate a special thank you to Rose for her excellent customer service with her kindness, her resourcefulness, her efficiency, professionalism as well as her good advice which I received during my last visit in order to find the right size of clothes that were adapted to my figure.

Strange comment from the employee. I actually took a lot of clothes into the cabin to avoid going back on the floor. The employee said to me: it's a lot of clothes really a lot, sighing and rolling his eyes. She said ok, thanks for putting back on the brackets because you really have a lot. Is there a limit? I had 20 pieces. Nothing crazy. In short, can we try in 2023? Also, the discounts are very poorly indicated.

Customer service is great=10/10!!! The girls are polite and professional - thank you for that. BUT, I gave 1 star for the old computers that Reitmans supplied. I hope my message will be seen by administration and taken seriously regarding the system Reitmans uses. It's so old that it constantly freezes. What a shame Reitmans for not providing technology newer than the 1990s, adequate and functional! So let's see!
