I arrived at 4:42 Saturday and the door was locked. A customer wanted to leave and she couldn't, so a person arrived to open the door and she told me: The store is closed and she didn't want to. let me in. However, it is announced that the store closes at 5 a.m., I understand that you want to finish at 5 a.m., but in this case announce that you close at 4:40. This will be much appreciated.

I had a VERY ANNOYING experience on May 5, 2024, at around 4:30 PM at this branch (1757 Fleury East) when I went to the store to return some items bought online. I found the woman at the cash register (receipt says cashier ID #559513) to be - to put it bluntly - LAZY and LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I had PRINTED and brought the email receipts, and even took the time to highlight the order information (number, date, etc.) beforehand, precisely to make it easier for the store staff to read while processing my transaction. When I handed the printed receipts to cashier #55913, instead of taking two seconds to locate the order info on the email receipts by herself, she took the LAZY way out and just asked ME what the order date was - not just for one, but for all three orders (I my returns were for three separate orders) - when the email print-outs were already right IN FRONT OF HER FACE! HOW LAZY IS THAT?? What was the point of handing her the email receipts if she could not even be bothered to lift a finger (quite literally) to look through them and READ the order date with HER OWN EYES! Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?? WHERE was the customer service?? Is that woman a new hire? Was she not trained on how or where to locate order info on YOUR own company store receipt?? Is it now the CUSTOMER's job to hand everything to store staff on a silver platter, and for store staff to do the BARE MINIMUM, if at all?? Cashier ID #559513 is SO LAZY AND HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! So infuriating! She is a disgrace to the Reitmans brand and she definitely ruined my in-store experience!! Cashier ID #559513 should either reconsider her job options as she was unwilling to DO HER JOB, so clearly she should be not be working directly with clients - or at the very least, she should be be reprimanded/reminded and better yet, RETRAINED to OVERHAUL her customer service skills as she CLEARLY HAS NONE!!!

I went to the Reitmans of Fleury to return an item I bought online, but in my haste to get to the store I forgot my credit card. Rina and Juliette were helpful and accommodating. Juliette was very understanding and helpful. They made my experience, which could have been unpleasant, a positive experience. Great job!!!!
