They refused to return the thing I ordered from their website, they said the stuff I ordered is not in their system, and asked me to go to the store very far from my home, the things I bought were very very heavy!
Very unpleasant experience!

I picked up an online order and the intelligent counter rep was polite and efficient : A1 service, finding my web order using my family name (not treating me as an plain order number as happened with Patrick Morin Hardware Store).
I like that kind of service. Reno Depot is highly recommended!
ADDENDUM 20240607 Employee Sara at the return counter was very professional quickly refunding me and explaining me clearly that there is no penalty if merchandise is returned within 90 days w the receipt. We need more employees like Sara!
ADDENDUM 20240926 Outstanding service from RenoDepot Associate Lucas in the electricity dept who, at 18:15pm way beyond usual service from others, devoutly helped me find the 4 light fixtures needed . Would deserve a promotion.

Don't expect anyone to help you cause it's hard to find an employee and when you do they have to call someone in that department and it takes 20 mins before they show up.

Thank you Olga and Kadja gave exceptional customer service. I was looking for a specific smoke alarm model. There were 29 in stock, but not on the shelf. They did everything to find them. Many thanks to these exceptional employees.

When you hire incompetent people, you have to forget the expression customer service.
try to train your staff because some are really rubbish, but apparently are well covered and untouchable. patriotism plays

Being yelled at and called a liar by an unpleasant old boomer (Dennis) is still pretty terrible. I only asked a simple question. No Karen here. I have no problem with retirees finding jobs at Reno Depot. Besides, I applauded Cala. But if they are unhappy with life, let's say that it makes them less likely to have a hard time. (Message for management)

i have bad experience here because staf is rude they don’t know how to talk and deal with customers the behaviour was very rude. they are racist.

No cashier employees to pay!? Only 1 assistant manager who does the cash register, a queue of 4 people to pay in the self-serve machines which have 2 employees who serve these which have problems. I ask the cashier if she can ask for a manager to open a second cash register with service. She tells me that she is the Assistant Manager and informs me that she has no one else to open another cash register. Today no employee for the return of items I wait 6 minutes then an employee finally shows up. The service was impeccable before and now is pitiful.
I raised my Star rating because a manager wrote to me that he will correct the situation but as I say it is terrible. I'll see the next times.
