The employees are as stupid as they are and you almost have to put a gun to their head to get help. Honestly, if you need advice for a slightly more complicated project, go to the Liège hardware store, the employees are super helpful and friendly, it's worth the detour!

Terrible customer service…simple question on a screw and the only staff member was rude and dismissive. Good luck getting adequate business with that attitude

I asked a few questions and the staff seemed bothered. I will shop elsewhere in the future, shame because the location is ideal but if you have to interact in any way with the staff I don't recommend.

Seriously: the Crazy Box. Comment that sounds funny and condescending, but the negative experiences keep coming. Despite the fact that it is an independent hardware store and the closest to our home, my family and I will not return there again. The owner seems to have a rage problem. It's not normal to leave a hardware store traumatized.

I politely asked for help finding a specific, complicated part and was talked to like I was an idiot. First, I was asked if I thought he had time to help me when the store was almost empty. Then, I was cut off on numerous occasions to mislead me with condescension. Very bad experience, I almost left without buying anything. Sad for a small neighborhood place.

I am always ready to encourage small businesses in the neighborhood, but in this place, the staff is not welcoming, always looking stupid, no smiles from either the men or the women. Really disappointing.

Learn to be more polite and diplomatic when responding to customers...otherwise...bankruptcy like other businesses...is waiting for you..there are other places to buy..you have just lost a sale of at least 400 $ by your stupidity and not wanting to be of service...I will go buy some screws...small sale of $3.4....which represents you well...
