Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I’ve been using this post office regularly for a year and staff is always helpful and service speed depends on the number of customers.

My experience at the Canada Post location, specifically with Albert, was incredibly disappointing. Albert's customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful, leaving me feeling harassed and uncomfortable. His impatience, as demonstrated by his impatient finger tapping on the payment machine as well as 0 smile and no greeting were particularly off-putting. Such behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Been waiting for 10 minutes on Friday evening, even though those were the normal opening hours but no one was at the counter ? people just don’t know how to do their job properly

People who complain that at 7:03 p.m. they don't take packages even though they close at 7 p.m. Would you like us to show up 3 minutes after the end of your work to add more? No, it's the same.
Never had any problems personally. Yes sometimes it's a bit long but you just have to avoid rush hours when you can

I wanted to send a letter from Montreal to Montreal, it cost me $60 and it arrived in Saudi Arabia???? Then it was sent back to me at my expense, I had to pay $110 in customs fees for a simple letter?? Next time I'll go and drop it off myself, I had to go into debt to buy a car that will allow me to drop off my next mail directly to the recipient. Thank you again Canada Post, all because of your services..

Special mention to the girl with red hair, I've never seen someone so unpleasant! I will never come again, do the same, go elsewhere, see someone who likes to help you with your parcel shipments.
I know that labor is difficult to find here, but it is very serious to have this type of employee.

That's awful. Especially the two Chinese employees that they are. I want to freely write that the manager should train them again!He gave me the cardboard glue and told me to glue the cartons yourself because it is yours and this was the first experience in my life that the post office employee is so rude and irresponsible!Or the Chinese girl employee is very impatient and irresponsible. Because I live in this neighbourhood, I have to go and every time I see these two people, I return home disappointed and angry.

Thought I got charged twice for one shipping envelope, asked the worker if they made a mistake. They denied it, and once I paid and got my receipt, I could confirm I was charged twice. Inattentive and sloppy. Expensive to mail a small package as always, inside Canada or to the US. Will try the UPS shipping on Notre Dame next time.
