Had a flat tire (Kia Forte, no spare). I asked a tow truck for a garage recommendation and he sent me here. Friendly service, car was ready to go in no time and cost was reasonable. If I lived in the area, they would be my go to mechanic.

I needed a quick emergency check before leaving on vacation. They resolved the problem quickly (I didn't have an appointment) and charged me the actual cost of the repair, not the initially estimated amount, which was almost double.

Charged me for the inspection at $150 and a belt/pulley/tensioner change at $1300, while another garage did it for $500.

Alain and his team were absolutely amazing to deal with. We had engine trouble while visiting Montreal. I called to see if they could fit us in and they were so accomodating. I dropped the van off and within half an hour they called and told me what was wrong and the cost to fix it. They explained everything to me. They were apologetic that it wouldn't be ready that day and had it ready for me to pick up the next morning by 10:00. The cost was reasonable and the service was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not at all friendly, execrable!!!! We came to ask a simple question and we were received with nastiness and malice, not even giving us time to ask our question. They didn't even try to listen to us. Terrible service. Very little humanity in these people. Run away

After 18 years as a customer, they turned me around and refused to change my tires on my 2023 vehicle because they were “new” and I had not purchased them from them!!! They would have accepted my “if” used tires. So if your new tires come from your dealership or elsewhere… forget the notion of service whether you are a new customer or have been feeding them for almost two decades…. Only money counts, so watch out for costs, so get other quotes elsewhere...it stinks. Are not worried about losing a 3 car customer! Thanks to Canadian Tires who sell new tires and who agreed at the last minute to do this work for $90.00!!
