J'ai appelé ce magasin pour une cartouche d'évier de salle de bain Grohe. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'ont plus cette marque mais il leur restait une cartouche du modèle que je cherchais et ils me l'ont donnée ! Je me doute qu'ils ne font pas ça tous les jours, mais ce genre d'acte commercial est très rare et très apprécié, d'où mon évaluation.

Je travail dans l’industrie du service à la clientèle et le service de Nicolas était absolument phénoménale. C’est très rare de no jours quelqu’un qui est autant connaissant et passionné de son métier. J’ai eu tout l’aide que je cherchais et encore plus. I was missing a part for my bathroom sink that couldn't be found in supermarkets. A nice employee went to look in the catacombs in the basement and brought me the right piece. My sink is no longer leaking. Thanks Ravary!

I live on the South Shore of Montreal and I traveled 35km to get to Plomberie F.Ravary. I had two bathrooms to completely redo and I was politely returned and told that I would need an appointment. I made it clear that I had taken the trouble to make this trip once and that if I was turned around that I would not come back. "Sorry M but I can't see you, I already have an appointment..." Well I went to another other plumbing company and I came out with a total purchase of $26,000 for everything I needed. needed (bath, shower, two vanities, two toilets. wall panels, etc. Sorry F.Ravary but you lost this purchase. I did not need to make an appointment at the other plumbing visited. Just you who told me return.
