Rude person don’t know how to deal with his clients or to handle any situation

I've been to this store several times and the lady is rarely in a good humor, very controlling, bordering on rude, in short, this woman is very unpleasant. Believe me, this woman never smiles, to put it mildly!

So as not to move for nothing.. it's better to call because it's clearly written OPEN but I'm there and WHAT.. it's closed..
