Once again, a truly awful experience. I was asked to wait for help by the pharmacist for someone to help me find a product. After waiting 25 mins and asking for help from an associate , it turned into a back and forth between 3 employees and then they declared they don’t even stock this product. I was very specific with my initial request, so if they don’t stock this product why did I spend 25 minutes waiting? In addition to being unhelpful, they’re also extremely rude. This is possibly the worst pharmacy in the city. They literally don’t care about you. They didn’t even try to help me find a replacement product. I can’t believe these people are allowed to operate a pharmacy when they don’t even care about your health whatsoever.

Very disappointed. I was waiting at the pharmaceutical counter for my medication prescription and the cashier made two people go before me under the pretext that they were in a hurry and had other things to do. I should point out that I only had one box of medicine and you should not count them. The service is always very slow. Everyone has other things to do so very disappointing to see the order of priority not respected!

The pharmacy service is very bad. I ordered my medication 8 hours in advance and after waiting 25 minutes in line (only 1 checkout open during rush hour) I was told that the order was still not ready. I had to wait in the room for another 30 minutes to get the prescription. Maybe you should review the telephone ordering service and the efficiency/amount of staff?

If you are looking for a pharmacy that is punctual with filling out prescriptions, look elsewhere. This pharmacy has forgotten to fill out my prescriptions 3 times in a row so far without so much as an apology.
When you call on the phone, they tell you that it’ll be ready after four hours, but it never is. I have come all three times around 7-8 hours later (well beyond the 4 they tell you to), and they have never been ready a single time.
It’s incredibly frustrating and a waste of time because now you have to wait for them to rush your prescription if they even remember you’re still there waiting (they forgot I had been waiting one of the three times)…what a terrible pharmacy.

After several bad experiences, I had one too many today. After ordering Gravol, I was subjected to a 20-minute interrogation by the pharmacist who constantly asked me if I was taking this medication to get high. Even though I explained to him several times that it was because of motion sickness on the plane, he continued to question me.Another unpleasant experience was when I went to pick up my prescription refill for antidepressants. The pharmacist questioned me at length about the reason for taking this medication and ended by asking me ‘Instead of taking medication, have you tried to treat the cause of your problem’. This was very frustrating for me. It’s already not easy to live with mental health disorders, seeing doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists – the pharmacist’s judgment is not what I need.The pharmacists are unprofessional and totally inappropriate. These behaviors are unacceptable.

Always 30 minutes of waiting, even though it's supposedly ready! It doesn't matter if the prescription is placed in person or online. Even if we come back the next day. There is no preparation in advance. For what?
