I’m writing to express my disappointment at having been profiled at the store. Was just there 10 mins ago (I live a few streets over), and a security guard followed me out to ask if I had paid for my purchases. There are already scanners at the door that beep if they haven’t been paid or scanned properly! The policy of having clients followed and accused of shoplifting is terrible, and serves to only alienate customers. This would never have happened if I was a white man. I’m never shopping at your store again.

I went yesterday to have 4 new prescriptions filled. I expected it to take a bit of time but after 40 minutes I went to the counter and said to the assistant that I'd been waiting for 40 minutes with my 18 month old son getting cranky. She told me the pharmacist was "verifying" it. 10 minutes later someone came and said 'there was a problem with one of the medications and we're looking into it now so it will be another 10-15 minutes'. I said I'm sorry I'm going to have to leave and come back tomorrow and she said that's fine, it would all be ready then.
Come today I returned and one of the medications is missing and the assistant just pushed the medications over for me to take and leave. So I asked where is the 4th one? She told me she doesn't know. I said also, these are new medications I've never used before and I have a lot of questions. Doesn't the pharmacist usually explain them? She asked incredulously, like I'm a whacko, if I wanted to wait and speak to the pharmacist or just talk to the technician about the missing one. I said yeah and started to wait but I started feeling so angry about the situation I knew I had to leave before losing it. Being told to wait more on top of the 50 minutes from yesterday, a missing medication now with no explanation, and then just having my prescriptions pushed at me with no care was it for me. I decided to just ask the "technician" if my prescriptions were in my file so I could go to another store. I asked why I didn't get the 4th one and she said it was out of stock!!! So that was the "problem" the lady told me she was "looking into" last night that took 50 minutes??!
I will never use this pharmacy again. It's not the first problem I've had here either and it's about the 3rd time now that me or my husband have waited over 50 minutes while in store. I think it's unacceptable. Now I also have to go somewhere else to get the rest of my medication. That's 3 visits and about 2 hours of my time gone once all is said and done.

I've never seen employees as slack and demotivated as here.... 20 min just for a price correction because 3 employees were talking to each other at the cash register so they called a guy from the floor who also didn't seem to want to help, for later called a manager and wait for the manager.... I am a manager myself and I would be embarrassed to have a team like that.
If you want a quick transaction please don't go for this jean-coutu... at least the employees at Pharmaprix smile + they have a desire to live in their faces

Very friendly and professional service. Very knowledgeable . I usually use the app to order my monthly meds and it is ready on time. I have my INR blood level monitored by this pharmacy and the staff are all amazing in monitoring and prescribing the meds for it

The Pharmacy workers in there are extremely unprofessional and rude especially the manager. When I've asked to pick up my prescription that I need to take daily for my leg after my operation was done and i was staying at my parents place as untill my leg heals. When I got there they said they refused to give me my prescription after making me wait for more then an hour they said they refused to give me my medication and I had to go to my pharmacy in my area... and when I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude and racist !
Really bad service I wish I could take them to court regarding this matter but in Canada unfortunately we can't..

Hi JC. please read all the reviews for your Canada Post instore service. there are numerous discontent with regards to CP manager. this needs to be seriously looked into as I no longer want to take my business there with her being around. She is absolutely RUDE! she knows nothing about customer service, and what is with that eye rolling and then talks badly about clients to her junior associate when they leave. so unprofessional. please seriously look into this as it makes your branch look bad. thanks

I advise not to use the post office services at this place. I sent a money order which was not used from the post office there. So, the money order was sent back to me. The first time, I went there to get reimbursed, the agent told me to go to the bank and put it in my account. In the bank, they told me this is an reimbursement and the post should send me back a check. Back to the office the second time, the young lady at the office explained me she has no idea and asked me to come back the day after. Which I did to see the same guy from the first time again. First he told me to go back to the bank, after explaining him that I did and it doesn't work, he told me he knows how to issue money order and cannot do anything from his end to help me. When I asked him if he could help because they issued the money order in first place, the answer was consistent: no, I don't know, no effort at all, nothing. I had to Google the number to call Post Canada. The agent told me I should go back to the post office, I explained to the agent my story. She initiated the process to send me back a check. The Post Canada agent was so surprised that she told me she filed a complaint with them without even me asking them.

I want to say that the people working at the Canada post section are very rude and unfriendly. The Spanish lady who I believe might be the manager for that section is rude and the guy working there with her this evening also. If you don’t like to work with the public then do not get a job where you have to interact with people. My aunt also stop going there because, one of the guy there did not give her back her money after she told him that he owes her.

Good morning ,
I leave the Canada Post service with a feeling of frustration after having received totally inappropriate service.
It makes you wonder why have a customer service counter if the clerk tells you that he cannot answer your questions directly related to the services for which this person works. Why not make your postal service automated, this would save us to come across people who may be inclined to help the customer and be borderline friendly.
I had to give it a star but that doesn't deserve any praise.
Sincerely.
