Odile is the best! I made a mistake which would have caused me to be charged twice but she waved my fee. I feel like she really cares about her clients, I definitely recommend coming here!

Writing a review as I am quite surprised by the amount of negative ones. Everyone's experience will be different, but I want to add mine as it's always been positive and pleasant. I've been going to this Jean Coutu for my prescriptions for the past 3 years and always had an amazing service at the pharmacy. Whether I walk in to order a prescription or call before pick up, the service is always fast and reliable. Everyone I've spoken to is knowledgeable and helpful. I never thought twice about going somewhere else for my prescription.
Regarding the rest of the store, the service is also fine. I've never had to ask for help so I can't talk about that, but there's nothing negative to note.

I didn't go there for shopping. It was Sunday, and my child had a near-severe allergic reaction, so we went to the closest pharmacy. The pharmacist/doctor was very kind and provided the best over-the-counter medicine. She checked on my child a couple of times, and once the allergic reaction started to subside, she told us we could leave.
She was a very nice, helpful, and attentive pharmacist, I wish I asked her name.

Today I took two photos at this Jean Coutu, and the staff were just amazing. The young guy who took photos, he was super nice. Beautiful service. The two young ladies at the cash, were absolutely gorgeous. I go to this place very often, and normally the staff is very nice, however today, the young ones were just incredible. Makes you go only to this Jean coutu ❤️?

At the Complexe Desjardins branch, I was sold a Vanilla Visa prepaid card. It has been activated but I cannot use it. I returned to your house, to all my questions, the manager replied “OK”. He didn't even deign to give me J-C's customer service number when I asked for it. That's one star for this. (my calls to the visa number on the back of the card are in vain).
Something new.... May 5, 2024, I just called Visa back, it seems that I was the victim of fraud. Visa gave me a file number. I'm waiting for their news.
June 24, 2024:
Continuation of my story... Visa ended up confirming to me that the card in question was indeed compromised before purchase even though it was in its intact packaging!? Vanilla Visa reimbursed me, I am very happy about it but I hope that Jean-Coutu will find a way to correct this. Not normal to sell $250 pre-paid cards that are pre-emptied

Friday June 21, 2024 at 4 p.m., I went to the pharmacy to renew my prescription. Instead of receiving my prescription in 40mg, it was made in 20mg (which is more expensive because more tablets). I told the lady at the checkout that I will still take the prescription but that I would like my next refills to be 40mg.
The pharmacist then entered the conversation telling me that I just had to mention it during my next refill. I made him understand that my initial prescription was 40mg and that I never had to do it before. Not liking his condescending tone, I asked how to transfer my prescriptions. After showing me how to do it, she continued with her condescension by telling me that she was going to put a note in my file (which I asked from the beginning) and that what she asked me to do was not not complicated.
Conclusion: I will no longer set foot in this pharmacy although she is not the only pharmacist to work there and the others are very professional and correct.

I find the behavior of the employees who refused to call an agent so I could buy my usual foundation deplorable. I can't believe your employee Natanael who stood in front of us and told us out loud that they were busy watching us. the attitude of being in front of a customer, refusing to serve us and notifying us of surveillance as well.... I will never go to your store again. If you are not able to train your employees on how to behave in a store that sells famous brands, stop selling them I have no words
