Le service n’est pas en cause ici mais plutôt la qualité des bijoux. J’ai reçu un très bon accueil et un bon service au magasin du centre ville. J’ai suivi toutes les consignes d’entretien (retrait avant la douche et l’application de parfums et crèmes, entreposage dans les petits sacs fournis etc). Malgré toutes les précautions prises mes bijoux se sont oxydés en même pas deux mois (je les ai achetés en décembre 2022). J’avais dépensé un montant assez important et la je me retrouve à magasiner de nouveau pour des bijoux. Pour moi ça n’a pas été un investissement. Bien que le service ait été bon je n’y retournerai pas

Très bon service. L’employé m’a accueilli dès mon arrivé, ma demander ce que j’avais besoin et m’a offert plusieurs choix. Elle m’a laisser essayer les bagues pour être sûr que je soit satisfaite. Elle m’a proposer un emballage cadeau et assurément que je reviendrai acheter mes bijoux ici !

Absolutely love this store! I am allergic to metal, so I was only ever able to wear expensive solid gold or silver jewelry. I was so happy when I discovered Pilgrim, the quality of this jewelry is amazing for the affordable price. The pieces are gold/ silver plated and free of lead and nickel so I do not react to the jewelry. The staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming at the store. I have been very happy with the earrings that I purchased from Pilgrim and will definitely be back.

It was a very good experience! Kelly, one of the sales lady helped me through my purchase and was very listening. I really felt that my needs were taken in consideration. I didn't feel pressured to buy. You could feel that she loved was she was doing. And even though we are wearing masks, I could see her smile and positive energy all along! Thank you for that.

It’s was such a great experience buying from that store, the lady who works there is a great person, she gave us help, she’s smiling & kind, keep that way, the accessories in there are absolutely amazing.
