What makes this store unreasonable is that they sell expired products at a discount and promise customers with outdated marketing techniques!!!

I recently purchased two boxes of Traditional cookies (kolouche) that were expired in June and found mold on the cookies. When I returned to the store for a refund, the lady didn’t even apologize for this oversight, which was disappointing and very unprofessional.
I also took the time to check other cookie boxes and discovered that they were all expired as well. While the staff member acknowledged the issue, no action was taken to remove the expired products from the shelves. This is a serious concern for customer safety, and I believe it should be addressed promptly to prevent similar situations in the future.

The customer service usually friendly but today I met a lady that she followed me everywhere I went. I mean this is insulting and bad customer service actually impolite!!! She finally asked me I never seen you here “so what” your shifts are different and I mostly go there during the day. I guess she just arrived from Iran and has the impression that everyone is a thief. Sorry guys today you just lost client today who purchased plenty each time. The brand of the products they sell is not top notch (in Iran) but they charge the price of a good quality product. They breads are out of date. Check before you buy. I would rather buy from another store in Montréal which are plenty!

Horrible product, I bought a bag of chip there. The chip basically tastes stale, later found out that it is 1 month away from expiration. Can’t imagine how long they keep their product on shelf for.
