The place is old and badly maintained, employees are always talking to each other. It's hard to find what you need and when you ask for help they don't even bring you to the item you're looking for they just point some section and tell you to just go look to there. Pharmacy counter is so passive, it takes so long to get your medicine, once I waited for an hour and a half for my prescriptions. As someone that has to go everyday I expect my order to be ready when I get there. Moreover the chef pharmacist is impatient and arrogant. I had to change pharmacy because it wa always too complicated to get my prescription which is the same everyday.

Worst place to go! Very bad experience!My ear hurts - I'm going for drops! Waiting time for consultation 10-20 minutes! Armed with patience, I come back 30 minutes later to the counter to ask about this consultation. I am told that they would have already called me so the waiting time would be another 30 minutes - while I was there! So I go to Jean Coutu!Waiting time 5 minutes for a personalized consultation with good recommendations! Basically save yourself those time thieves! And visit Jean Coutu from now on! Good for you friends

The prescription service is very slow and we have to do several follow-ups by phone to find out where our order is. I have also twice had to return expired over-the-counter medications.The staff are friendly and professional, that said.

Services too slow and poor courtesy. I call 4 hours in advance to have my medication prepared, I am told that in 3 hours it will be ready to pick up. I arrive on site, 4 hours after calling, I am told you will have to wait between 45 minutes and 1 additional hour, then I am invited to sit down or come back the next day. Very sincerely, the pharmacist Marc L., of this pharmacy, does not give good service at all. He was rude to me more than once and very rude. When I try to understand why I am being moved around unnecessarily, he tells me that his job is not easy, that he is overwhelmed and that his job is more complex than just counting pills. His explanations do not answer my question. Why do we move a client unnecessarily? Short! I hope I don't have to deal with him anymore, otherwise I will have to change pharmacies. It's a shame because otherwise I don't have any negative comments about the other staff members. I have been doing business with this pharmacy for several years. Usually, when I come across other employees, I receive my medication in an acceptable time.

The lady worked there didnt know what a lighter was, doing me hand movements, she spoke french… we managed to communicate but how do you even get a job without knowing english and be obnoxious about it…Why so cocky montreal?

This is a great pharmacy! The service at the lab is fantastic! I had an important question for the pharmacist, the 20 minute wait to be able to speak to him was totally worth it! His advice met my needs and it saved me from going to the emergency room. If I could give 8 stars, I would!

This pharmacy is by far the worst in Hochelaga/Maisonneuve, the staff is horrible, a technician yelled at me to go sit down because WE ARE WORKING, I said nothing and looked at my cell phone. This same person did the same thing to my wife the week before. The pharmacist who has no hair was hardly more sympathetic, stupid as his 2 feet. An extremely filthy pharmacy!

Terribly long waiting times, even if you call to have your medication prepared 6:30 a.m. before picking it up.Despite all the "situation" and possible excuses, this pharmacy is really very disorganized and slow. I already knew it, but my last experience really proved it to me and was my last.I am on 2 new medications that need to be taken at the same time. One of the drugs was backorder, but was due back very shortly. They therefore offered to have it prepared by a specialized pharmacy which charges 10x the price for the same medicine. So I accepted since it is a treatment and I have to respect it. They however made a mistake in their order and received the wrong dosage 6 days later. That's when they told me by phone that finally they had some of my medicine left, the one that doesn't cost 10x the price, for 20 days (??). I would have really appreciated having this information from the beginning, let's say.When I picked up my medicine 6.5 hours later, it still wasn't prepared. I then waited another 30 minutes. The next day, they contact me again to tell me that they still had the same medicine prepared in the specialized pharmacy. The one that costs $160 instead of $16. I indicate that I do not understand since they have already given me the medicine, that I would not go and get it and that in any case, given my current experience, I would change pharmacies. While I was explaining everything to the technician on the phone, she gave me a passive-aggressive attitude by cutting me off in the middle of a sentence with a little "Goodbye" and hanging up on me. at nose.Anyway, I changed pharmacies, I'm now 6 days late on a medication, two renewals that don't have the same renewal dates and I paid a dispensing fee for poor service. ?
