Never choose this pharmacy. My family has been getting medication here for over 6 years. My mom spends $500 a month on meds, and my daughter around $100, but every time I go, I feel like I owe them $70,000. Especially a woman from Eastern Europe who’s over 50—she reminds me of a witch whenever I see her.
My daughter’s medication for controlling myopia cannot be interrupted, as the doctor repeatedly emphasized. I placed the order 10 days in advance, and had to go to the pharmacy 4 times, each time being told to wait another 2 days. It took half a month before I finally got it.
Today, I picked up 6 prescriptions, but the Eastern European woman only gave me 5. She rudely told me to pay, and before I could even check the meds, she disappeared. I later realized one was missing, and when I called out to her, she acted like she was deaf.
I’ve finally decided to switch pharmacies. I hope this place goes out of business soon. It’s infuriating.

I was there now because of a toothache and I didn't know what steps were needed to get the medicine, so I spoke to the saleswoman and then she directed me to the pharmacy for advice , and I didn't know I would. I spoke to the pharmacist for advice but I was just waiting for the medicine and when she spoke to me she raised her voice at me and everyone looking at me I find her behavior unbelievable and unacceptable for a pharmacist old quite simply you are not educated madam will learn customer service before being a pharmacist.

I paid expressly to receive my passport as quickly as possible Canada Post left me a sheet at home stating that I had to pick it up at the post office at the Pharmaprix the day before my trip when I arrived at the Pharmaprix they told me the post office is closed at because of a problem in the system I try to talk to the manager to find a solution since it was an emergency they could have made an exception the idiot tells me "no I can't do anything bye" truly the worst pharmacy in every sense of the word, never go there

the pharmacy has incompetent so called pharmacist working they did not fill the the right amount of pills very unprofessional i assume they have a system to verify the amount and also they filled a medication i did not even order, making me pay more because of that error with the government that i pay into.
what they do not understand when they enter the 3 medications and then remove one you pay more,because the system already locked in the amount.
disgusting all the way.

Beware and always review your insurance claims, they charge your insurance bogus drugs that you didn’t pickup, when I confronted them they claimed it is a service fee, the pharmacist never explained such service fee and sounded a scam

Mary Ann super rude and not helpful. Avoid this pharmacy. Asked me to wait an hour to tell me to take Claritin.
